  Honestly a lot of regrets renting from this property. Units are extremely run down. Thick layers of paint poorly done make closing cabinets impossible. Appliances don’t fit into their proper places. No vents in bathrooms. Completely outdated. Advertisement photos on the website are a complete false depiction of what living looks like here. Unfortunately the price is too good to be true. You’ll get the cheap and low class experience you pay for.

  My Partner and I are first time apartment movers & we recently just applied to lease at Sundale. Crossing fingers! What stood out to us was the great responses and feedback from Dianne Douglas. She was so attentive to us via email and helped with all my questions as a first time mover. We looked at so many places and we could not stop thinking of Sundale. Can't wait to make this our first home!
