There is a $500 deposit fee when applying and while applying for the unit, we called to clarify if we would get this reimbursed if we didn’t get accepted. The receptionist said yes so we applied. A few days later, we unfortunately had to pull out applications due to an unforeseen situation, and they said since it’s been past 48 hours we do not get our deposit back. Why do they need to keep the deposit if we’re not tenants and just applicants? Not sure. But in this economy and the unexpected financial situation, it is very disappointing.

My Partner and I are first time apartment movers & we recently just applied to lease at Sundale. Crossing fingers! What stood out to us was the great responses and feedback from Dianne Douglas. She was so attentive to us via email and helped with all my questions as a first time mover. We looked at so many places and we could not stop thinking of Sundale. Can't wait to make this our first home!
