  Honestly a lot of regrets renting from this property. Units are extremely run down. Thick layers of paint poorly done make closing cabinets impossible. Appliances don’t fit into their proper places. No vents in bathrooms. Completely outdated. Advertisement photos on the website are a complete false depiction of what living looks like here. Unfortunately the price is too good to be true. You’ll get the cheap and low class experience you pay for.

  Sure a wonderful experience, and I must add Diana is by far an icon on customer service. Back feb 2025 I had few things replaced with no issues at all. My water heater, dishwasher and garbage disposal. She also assisted me when I first moved in. I have read other reviews, not everyone will have the same experience. But you also have to be realistic, and yes this is also me sticking up for those who work here and are apart of the customer service. Some current and new tenants get unrealistic expectations and demands. Like wanting all new appliances whenever they want, or no deposit? It’s life and you not always going to get it your way or what you want every time. Yes I would recommend this place to others, and Maria is also there to help. Some new assistants I don’t know that well yet, but these two are more than willing to help you.

  I called today looking for an apartment and spoke to a lady by the name of Dianna and she was very helpful and kind thank you for the help and she’s a really good person !
