Moved in and the unit was not properly cleaned or repaired despite raising these issues with the property management team before move-in. Patio had spider webs that were never cleaned, even after being pointed out in advance Shower in the bathroom doesn't work Bathroom sink tap is loose Neither bathroom door can be locked from the inside Basic move-in readiness and maintenance were not handled.

If you need your time wasted look no further than to contact Raven for a new lease. He will dodge phone calls, emails and lie to you in-person. Impossible to see him in the office. I think this leasing department might be the worst in the country. In addition they did renovations above my year for 1 month straight from 8 am to 5 pm every day and when confronted they told me they don’t have to give notice because it’s during business hours.

Lock didn’t work with the code provided, so we couldn’t even do our self guided tour. Looks nice but I doubt property management is doing their job around there. Nobody was available in the front office and the number they provided for help did not work.
