  I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The maintenance team is always quick to respond whenever we have an issue, and they’re consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The leasing office, especially Dalia and Gab, has also been wonderful. They’re very approachable, considerate, and genuinely care about the residents. They always make you feel heard and valued, which makes such a difference. The apartment facilities are also well-maintained and clean. Overall, I really appreciate how much the team cares about keeping the community comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

  I always enjoy working with the team at Amber Court. Gabby and Dalia are wonderful to partner with—both are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. They do a great job creating a welcoming community atmosphere and are always supportive when coordinating resident events and outreach opportunities. Thank you both for being such great partners to work with!

  Very quiet, gated neighborhood, management is very responsive and occasionally offers treats to the residents, such as Easter goodies, doughnuts for doughnut day. The location is also in a great neighborhood, walkable to 2 shopping areas for groceries and restaurants, and next to an active community park.

  Giving the maintenance crew there flowers, as expected, they’re always time and do great work!!
