  Just renewed for another year because this is hands down the best place to live in Orange County. Its safe, quiet, and really pretty. Maintenance are super quick and nice. The pool is clean and the spin room is open 24/7 which I love too.

  The staff and especially the maintenance workers are great. Miguel and Fernando really do a terrific job for only two of them for so many units. Very pleased with the efficiency and work. Also Courtney and Ashley are really great at taking care of the residents needs as best they can. Thank you very much. GM

  Apartments are beautiful, the facilities are clean and well kept, the new gazebo is perfect for relaxing with a good book or a perfect grad picture. The office staff is kind and helpful, Ashley and Courtney were knowledgeable and helpful. This is definitely my first choice for my new home!

  I absolutely love living at Paloma Summit. Ashley and Courtney are the best. It's been a little over 6 months so far but every request I've had has been handled with kindness and efficiency. It's also so beautiful here. Glad I made the move!

  We've had a slab leak not long ago and I want to say how great it has been working with Ashley Hunter. She has been on top every step of the way!! It appears that things have been running smoothly ever since she came over to Paloma Summit. We're glad she came on board!
