  It’s a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The move in process was smooth, transparent and consistent. Great start! Upon arrival there were housewarming gifts waiting for us! Very thoughtful. 10/10

  Management is unresponsive and rude once the lease is signed. Maintenance requests are either ignored or marked "resolved" without actually fixing anything. Unexpected, exorbitant fees were added to the rent consistently. The deposit wasn't returned even thought the place was left super clean and with no issues. Don't rent here it'll hurt you

  I was a cosigner for this place, paid the deposit and some of the rent and all the other fake charges they kept on coming up with. They spammed me with emails for six months! Like you get an email with rules and instructions everyday. Do this, don't do this, it's your responsibility for this and that and that, give me the money, money money, you can pay this way and this way and this way. A tenant can't breathe from them The appartment was one of this cheap places, with no character what so ever, with a cheap, stinky carpet, plastic counter tops, dark bathroom with a stained tub and a shower that you can't turn on, and if you managed to turn it on, you couldn't turn it off. Their places can never fell like home to anyone because there isn't an ounce of humant touch in there. The peope at the office are rude, selfish and self-serving. And you even can't get your mail properly. Ordering a package is out of the questions. You'll never get it. It's a complete rip off of a shady operation that aims to rob everyone that is stupid enough to rent a place from them. And at the end, of course, they stole my deposit money and they're asking for more. They came up with a 70 dollars charge and gave us to a collection agency. Vendictive, evil, and greedy vipers that will try to ruin your credit over made up charges. Just look at all the stupid fees they added after the apartment was left spotless clean and cleaner than it was found. And look at the charges: Traffic stains, Citrus stains, breading stains, living stains, 250 for cleaning a perfectly cleaned appartment. What a piece of crap of a rental property! Ugh! After I talked to someone: So apparently as they told me: 'They hire a PROFESSIONAL service" to clean the appartment and they give them the bill. No one from the office bothers to check the appartment after the person has moved out. They alway hire the PROFFESSIONAL service and the bill is whatever the bill is. Will the PROFESSIONAL service say, 'oh no the apartment was clean, you don't have to pay me anything'? So why don't disclose that to the tenants: they can say good-buy to their deposit because the PROFESSIONAL service will find a way to spend all their desposit and more? 575 dollars in this case. So why should a tenant scrub and clean the place before they move? We lost 4 hours! We helped out the PROFESSIONAL service so they do less work and charge the whole deposit and more. They claim they have pictures of the "stains" they cleaned, but they won't send the pictures. And what guarantees that the pictures are from the same apartment? All the apartments are the same!

  0 Stars: Extremely unprofessional and dishonest leasing experience. Today Jan 16 at 12:22 PM, I called the phone number listed on Waterford Palace Apartments’ official website and was told by the leasing office that I could come at 3:00 PM to view a 3 bed / 2 bath unit. I confirmed the time and arrived exactly at 3:00 PM. When I arrived, the leasing agent lady immediately claimed that: • There was no appointment, • I never called, • The website phone number was wrong, • And that I must have contacted the wrong property. She dismissed everything I said and repeatedly insisted I was wrong. To prove otherwise, I called the same phone number from their website while standing in front of her — and the phone rang loudly at the leasing desk. She did not answer the call and allowed it to ring until I disconnected. At that point, it was clear this was not a misunderstanding, but a refusal to acknowledge a mistake. The issue is not that the unit may have been unavailable — that happens. The issue is being dismissed, lied to, and treated as if my time and honesty did not matter. A simple apology or honest explanation would have been enough. Instead, I was met with denial and avoidance and racially profiled. This experience completely eliminated any trust we had in this property. We were genuinely interested in leasing here, but after today, we will be moving forward with a different community. I strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with this leasing office.
