  My experience with this apartment complex was extremely frustrating from start to finish. The unit itself felt outdated and poorly maintained. The finishes were very low quality, with worn carpeting and cheap countertops. The bathroom was dark and in need of repair, including a tub that appeared stained and a shower that was difficult to operate properly. Overall, the space lacked warmth and felt more functional than livable, with little attention to comfort or detail. Management communication was another major issue. I received frequent emails with rules, instructions, and payment reminders, often in a repetitive and overwhelming way. The volume and tone of communication felt excessive and stressful rather than helpful. There were also ongoing concerns about fees and charges that were not clearly explained upfront, which led to confusion during the lease period. Getting clear answers from the office was difficult, and responses were often slow or unhelpful. Package delivery and mail handling were also unreliable, which made receiving items inconvenient. In summary, while the unit may be affordable compared to other options, the overall experience felt disorganized and impersonal, with poor communication and management practices that made it difficult to feel at home.

  It’s a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The move in process was smooth, transparent and consistent. Great start! Upon arrival there were housewarming gifts waiting for us! Very thoughtful. 10/10

  Management is unresponsive and rude once the lease is signed. Maintenance requests are either ignored or marked "resolved" without actually fixing anything. Unexpected, exorbitant fees were added to the rent consistently. The deposit wasn't returned even thought the place was left super clean and with no issues. Don't rent here it'll hurt you
