  Very rude management that changes constantly. Receptionists are very argumentative and unhelpful. I live here and have to say I have never encounteted such argumentative and rude staff. I ask for a gate code, they refuse, saying the gate is open. Driver leaves. Someone I parked in my paid spot, they tell me it’s ok, then call cops on me parked elsewhere. Incredibly rude lived here 3 years and like the place but management and staff is horrible. Repair is solid and those guys are cool.

  If you're looking to park your broken down car indefinitely in one of the guests parking spots than this is your dream complex. As other tenants have posted there's never parking. Another issue I have is maintenance doing horrible jobs. I had a few cabinets replaced and once they were installed I noticed they were a different color. The maintenance guy said they would be ordered and changed yet they never came back. It's impossible to get the leasing office to answer the phone too. Not a place a recommend.

  We don’t live here, but had a very frustrating experience with just the application/approval process mainly due to the staff not being on the same page and communicating miss information. They wasted our time and energy. They are extremely unprofessional. Whether if someone is approved or not, we shouldn’t have to literally hunt you down to get an answer! Also, grounds are not kept well and one of the day we were at the office there were about 5 cop cars at one of the unit. I’d say run far far away from this place! If you want to avoid unnecessary headaches. Just read all the reviews about the office staff. We experienced it without even living there. We ended up going to a slightly more expensive place with a co-signer instead.

  I've been living here for 2 years. There is no parking available, ever. Forgot being able to have guests over because they won't find parking. There's a guy that has had his car parked in the same spot since I moved in. The leasing office doesn't give a damn either. I have had my garage blocked multiple times by neighbors and when I called the towing company they said only the leasing office can call them. The maintenance people walk around and see this yet don't do anything about it. The garbage cans are disgusting and the pet area is dirty with no bags or lighting available at night. There has been a sketch man that has been walking around the complex. You can tell they are renting these apartments to ANYONE. I do not recommend and will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.
