- ARAustin RasmussenMar 9, 20221.0Overpriced small homes with a horrible location compared to other Toll Brothers locations. This place is set right next to the future express way! In addition, East Bidwell, your main road to access Folsom, freeways, and your home, is only 4 lanes (2 in each direction). Be prepared for traffic and noise! Homes are pricey for the size. Wait until you see mandatory lot premiums. You will also spend thousands in upgrades for your home. Many of these ‘upgrades’ are actually items you need for the house to be livable (door knobs, doors, paint etc… ). Look elsewhere.
