  I purchased my home from Toll Brothers expecting premium quality and customer service that matched their reputation. Unfortunately, my experience after closing has been disappointing. A drywall crack developed in my home, and while I understand that some settling can occur, I was disappointed by how my warranty request was handled. Rather than evaluating the specific circumstances, I received repeated responses stating that settlement is considered normal and that repairs are only covered during the first year. There was no willingness to inspect the issue further or offer any goodwill solution. What disappointed me the most was not just the denial itself, but the lack of customer care and flexibility. When you invest in a Toll Brothers home, you expect the company to stand behind its product and treat homeowners as valued customers, even after the warranty period has ended. I hope Toll Brothers reconsiders how they handle long-term customer relationships. A small repair would have gone a long way toward maintaining confidence in their brand. Based on my experience, I cannot say the level of post-sale support matches the premium image that Toll Brothers promotes.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tabatha Salmon during our home-buying journey with Toll Brothers, and we truly can’t say enough good things about her.   Check out Aerojet pollution in this area. Elementary school was denied due to high concentrations of benzene in this neighborhood.
