  I love this place it’s so clean quiet and all the neighbors are so friendly plus all the cute dogs!! Such a relief to find this place.

  José, Victor, Chelle and Lori have all been amazing. During move-in Lori documented minor areas of wear and tear and tiny items that needed attention. José and Victor were very prompt to address. I've moved many times and this was by far one of the best experiences. Prior to move in Chelle and Lori were both very helpful during the lease signing process, pointing out areas of importance to be aware of, and making the process as streamlined as possible given all the paperwork that goes along with the many rules and regulations in the CA housing industry. I've since had to pop into the office with various questions and concerns and Lori is so pleasant, patient and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better management and maintenance team. It's obvious they care about the appearance of the property and comfort of everyone living here. I feel very blessed to call the Hub home!

  Have been living at the Hub for about couple months now, and my wife and I are loving it. The community is great and it's pretty peaceful. Jose and Victor were amazing when we put in a maintenance request for our AC, They were very helpful and professional at work!
