  I hired PMI Northbay to manage my property in the Green Valley area. They have worked for me for three years, and the experience has been quite positive. From explaining the contract, to taking pictures, to finding a tenant, it was a very smooth process. I believe my tenants were quite pleased with the service they received as well. It was easy for us to communicate through PMI regarding payment, repair, requests, etc. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience.

  Currently, I am the acting president for our HOA, and wanted to leave a testimonial about PMI Management. Our previous management company “5th Avenue” had really DROPPED the ball with all matters concerning our HOA. Paperwork required to remain a corporation wasn’t filed with the state as required, (resulting in losing our corporate status), reports, insurance and inspection certificates weren’t kept current with our city, and worst of all, unbeknownst to us, our funds were quickly dwindling (over 80% of the monthly dues going towards their monthly fees for “managing”). Had it not been for a maintenance issue that brought the lacking funds to light, our HOA would have been bankrupt within a year. That’s when we hired PMI. Tim and Mary Shaw really grabbed the bull by the horns. Not only did they make sure we got all our paperwork and required inspections up to date, but they were totally transparent, professional and made sure we were kept in the loop with all matters pertinent. They kept the board well informed at all times, providing guidance on matters that needed to be considered and/or acted on, PMI assisted our board by providing comprehensive, accurate financial reports, assistance with delinquency issues, professional and timely maintenance, budget preparation and much more. Going forward they made sure that we were on the right track to remaining solvent. They are knowledgeable in regards to HOA matters and responsive to all members of our community who contacted them.   PMI Northbay gets my highest recommendation for property management. After moving away from the area I wanted to keep my single family home as a rental unit, and searched extensively for a good property management company. Tim and Mary took all the pain out of finding a new renter, preparing the house, and dealing with all the administrative headaches. From the time I called PMI northbay, they were screening tenants in less than a week and we had a rental lease signed in just over two weeks. I was especially impressed with how well-organized the process was. I'm feeling stress-free, and would happily recommend PMI Northbay to close friends and family.
