They don’t treat BUGS this place have a horrible infestation the pool never opened the grilles never opened since I’ve been in February nothing works and they have poor time management I don’t recommend living here also your rent is going to be 300 more then you expect to be paying dude to all the utilities being grouped
Don’t move here. Property management will tell you during tours that you’ll be paying near 200 for utilities which is a complete lie. They’re almost near $400 so you’re paying 2k for 500 Square feet an apartment with bugs no parking space how much people come in here and fight the residence. Property management does nothing. My packages have been stolen and they have done Nothing mail will not be delivered here anymore because of that issue none of the gates work the pool and 313 pool has not been open. It’s never gonna be opened. And it’s almost 4k to break your lease So you better have that saved because you’re probably gonna wanna leave the grills don’t work You’re paying for utility as if you live in a house such as sewer The property management doesn’t cover anything basically They wanna pull you in with the rent that’s 1500 but you’re paying 2k a month for nothing any and everyone come to these buildings and management doesn’t nothing the have no HUD this is not low income if there what you’re looking for.. don’t take these reviews lightly if you’re looking for a one bedroom go pay that 1800 for rent but At least your utilities will be included and your amenities will work even month hvac is like 60 sewer is like 50 The only residents that are staying here are paying about 1400 for their two bedrooms and that’s why they’re not moving by any new residence. You see people come and go very quickly elevations happen often.

I’m very disappointed with this place. The utility charges are outrageous. They won’t clearly explain how much you’ll actually pay, and the laundry fee alone is around $69 per month, even if you barely use it. (Sewer bill)
There are also serious maintenance issues. The bug problem is out of control, the pool is rarely clean, and ALL equipment in the gym doesn’t work
I pay $1,590 a month for a one bedroom apartment, but after utilities and additional fees, my total is almost $2,000. For that price, I expect the amenities to be maintained and everything to function properly, but that’s not the case I’ll be moving out soon, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend living here. There’s a constant turnover of residents, and after living here I understand why
I want to start by saying that the people who live here are generally good people, but there are a lot of issues I think potential renters should know about before moving in. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend living here.
The leasing office gives tours in the afternoon, which doesn’t reflect what it’s really like at other times of the day. It can get very loud, with people frequently yelling and making noise.
Some of the bigger issues include bugs, expensive utility costs, and broken amenities. You’re charged over $60 for sewer, and utilities can easily exceed $200 on top of your base rent. Most of the amenities don’t work the gym equipment is damaged, the sports courts are unusable, and the pool is rarely open. The grills are often out of propane, and residents aren’t allowed to bring their own. What goes with that you’re not allowed to have chills outside? They basically want this place to be child free and MD over $2000 for a two bedroom plus another additional 200 - 400. Utilities, which nothing works
Security is another major concern. The gates don’t lock, so anyone can come and go. Mailboxes are frequently broken into, many people know the mailbox codes, and packages are often stolen. Property management has not been helpful in addressing these issues.
Parking is also a problem. There are no available guest parking spaces, and residents are repeatedly told that more parking is “coming soon,” but nothing has changed in months.
Overall, for the amount of rent and utility fees you’re paying, these conditions are unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues, but until then, I would not recommend this apartment community.
