  Giving the complex 5 stars because Matt, the new maintenance tech is amazing! We are really sad to have lost him at our complex and the residents here should be so lucky to have him. He is reliable, friendly and professional at his work. Most importantly he truly cares about the residents at the complex, and goes the extra mile for them!

  So far our experience with Bennington apartments has been wonderful. The process was efficient and easy. What made it even better was the leasing agent , Carmina. She has been so incredibly helpful and made sure to communicate with updates or answer the phone to answer my many questions.

  new resident, EVERYTHING went smooth from researching this complex, appointment to look at a unit (several times), informative walk around, all questions answered by the incredible nice office staff, and finalization of rental paperwork. All issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Complex is quiet and clean, everyone is friendly. Rooms are spacious!! I'm happy here :)

  We've lived here for almost a year. I know the management is currently under new ownership and a lot of change is taking place. I enjoy living here--nice neighbors, maintenance staff is helpful, great location, friendly office staff. Yes, the apartment is a bit dated, but everything works and to have a washer/dryer in unit is a must for us. My biggest complaint is the number of people digging through the dumpsters on a DAILY basis and the number of homeless people roaming the grounds. People in the dumpsters are such a problem that I go to throw away trash and there will be a person in the dumpster as I throw in my garbage. I also see homeless people wandering around behind the apartments on the side where Walgreens is. These issues need to be addressed.
