  My husband and I have been here for almost 2 years and we love it. The neighbors are nice, quiet and respectful and management is responsive and open with communication.We’ve had one major repair and our ac charged since we’ve been here and Patrick has been an absolutely amazing person to place our trust in. He’s always so respectful and open and upfront with us. We can always be confident that things will be replaced or repaired in a high quality and he is always so personable and friendly. Leslie was an amazing manager but Kyle has also proven himself to be approachable and prompt as whenever the need arises.

  Management here is hateful and unhelpful, they said I supposedly won the LOTTERY of getting a subsidized apartment and they made me go to two different interviews and waste my time going back and fourth saying I will get the apartment and then they said I’m disqualified at the end after a long time for not being truthful about my income when that was not even true at all , they weren’t even specific about why I couldnt get it , it’s just a scam it’ wasn’t even cheaper neither almost as much as a regular apartment in the getto .thanks for leaving me homeless.
