  Management here is hateful and unhelpful, they said I supposedly won the LOTTERY of getting a subsidized apartment and they made me go to two different interviews and waste my time going back and fourth saying I will get the apartment and then they said I’m disqualified at the end after a long time for not being truthful about my income when that was not even true at all , they weren’t even specific about why I couldnt get it , it’s just a scam it’ wasn’t even cheaper neither almost as much as a regular apartment in the getto .thanks for leaving me homeless.

  San Juan hills a very nice place to live even in a pandemic . Very clean and kept up. Nice management and tenants.

  I've lived here for 3 years and it's by far the best community I've experienced! It's quiet, safe, clean, friendly neighbors, and the most awesome manager! Any requests are handled immediately and professionally as well maintenance performing work orders correctly the 1st time. I highly recommend San Juan Hills to anyone looking for a new home!
