  So we have been living at this establishment for 8 years now and ever since we moved in we have had the issue during rainy season of our walls swelling and our carpets being extremely soaked. We thought the patio replacement above us would have fixed the issue but the issue still remains. Also we continuously get mold in our window sills and bathroom. Also noticed and we've had our bathtub resurfaced not replaced. But that is leaking into our master bedroom closet and AC area rolling into the master bedroom door lining. Parking is ridiculous considering that we're only allowed two cars per unit. I seen people with 3-5 cars. Also business cars are parked on the lot and people driving through the complex like it's the freeway. There are a lot of children living in the complex. So instead of putting band aids broken areas , why not save the trouble and time to replace or to actually take the time to fix and get it done in one go. I'm not pushing this weight on the maintenance or managers, the owners need to really step up and get these health concerns and liabilities fixed. Otherwise we as a community will need to address it to the local code enforcement and housing authorities. And I will reach out personally on behalf of the community not just for myself if it is not done right the next time around. Not the cheaper route mind you, we are all working very hard to keep up financially with the cost of living so the best you guys can do is provide better living for all of us here.

  Staff is super nice here. Ky made my move-in experience super smooth and easy as a first time renter! Last night I had an electrical issue, and Ishmael was amazing and came over to assess it and replaced my outlet, making sure everything is safe for me and my cat! I’m enjoying woodlake so far!

  Best experience with management the assistant manager KY is so awesome and understanding she worked great with us kept me updated and in the loop every step of the way 😊 having her be so understanding made our transition a great experience

  Ky was super helpful, consistent and supportive throughout the entire process! She helped me get into my first apartment! I highly recommend working with her as your leasing agent!

  This facility is the worst. I dont recommend this place. Never was able to get my $500.00 deposite back, thats stealing!! The process is incredibly undignified for individuals that have good credit, clean/good background and plenty of currency for needed rent. having a job with a company doesn't mean you'll wake up that job. You could had been fired and replaced with a kiosk over night. How about the currency in one's bank? Will it get replaced or fired overnight. I think not, To Assume that your client is a child with there own currency is a mistake that spells it. how belittling this facility is to its possible occupants is on a all time high, after all one did pass everything thing and then some with the level of savings and this facility still treated me as a convic. Level of stress, anxiety already from not having a address to work from and this facility management team is giving me flak for not renting but living in a house all my life. Had the paper work and they never sent a confirmation email for that information instead Making me bring in my family member incredible lasting harassing taste left in my mind.
