Residents have been definitely enjoying the luxury upgrade. ——————————— Management has recently change and it's been going down hill. Rent is being increased and .... • Management is inattentive and unprofessional • Maintenance takes too long to make necessary repairs • Common-area amenities feeling dated and poorly maintained. The pool is filthier then ever and the spa has been out of service for more than 3 months. The laundry rooms keep getting closed for "maintenance" and all at the same time! I really wish they would consider those who don't have transportation to get to the laundromat. Aside from the negative it's a quiet neighborhood
