  The manager is not a professional at all. I was in her office asking a question for my sister who was moving from a 1 to 2 bdrm apt. I said what does she need to do to get her deposit back? How is the deposit used? What is expected on a move out? I said the place was dirty when she moved in and the carpets were old also and should have been replaced 3 years ago. So what are you expecting as far as the condition of the rug? Maria said to me and I quote " you can't speak to me your not on the lease, unless your sister says you can talk". I looked at her and said have a good day. I walked out and never spoke to her again. I have never been disrespected like that by anyone before . She is a rude, ignorant, and takes advantage of her tenants. Fake, fake, fake, I can't believe she has this job still. To top it off my boyfriend caught her snooping in my sister's bedroom on a so called inspection. He was in the restroom and she didn't know he was there. He opened the door and sees Maria snooping in his sister's bedroom. Caught red handed. How embarrassing Maria R. She will tow your car, keep the deposit and sell your covered parking spot for 150$. Watch out for this scammer she is pretty slick. I forgot to mention she doesn't even live on site.

  Full of roaches. Live adjacent to property and have a large pest control bill as a result.

  On thanks giving our lights went out so we rushed to the office because we had family members over the office was closed for a whole week so we decided to go to the maintenance to get help and he denied helping us. So we had to call the main management office to get help. Now the manager is making us pay $600 because we “disturbed” the maintenance guy. Even though it’s his job.
