  Donnovan in management office * Eric and the maintenance department are on top of everything. They make white oak gardens and encino palms properties feel like a true home. They have always been reliable, friendly and professional.

  My husband and I moved in here last month and so far it has been a great experience. The manager Donnovan is great, the building is clean, and features such as the Amazon hub and gym make it even better. The unit itself is very spacious with plenty of closet space and has in-unit laundry.
