  Oasis at Lake Encino is truly an apt name, as the property genuinely feels like a refuge for how calm, beautifully maintained, and peaceful it is. It genuinely feels like home, not merely a place to live, and while the property itself is fantastic, what really makes it so special is the devoted care and consideration the entire staff, specifically Ilana. She always diligent and kind, communicates quickly and clearly, and she delivers results. The end result is that you feel well taken care of, welcomed, and valued.

  Highly recommend living here. Couldn’t be happier with management, Mike and Monica, are very professional and quick to respond to any concerns. The building is always maintained and very clean. The units are huge and beautiful, Not to mention the location right in front of a park which is not noisy as I thought it would be and safe. Maintenance is always on top of work orders and very nice. Couldn’t be happier.

  Terrible place to live in!!!! the worst account manager! over priced rent, not recommended at all, also not a family friendly place to live , residents smoking drugs without management involved, no rules, noise all over!
