  We can’t say enough good things about our experience buying a home with Michelle as our agent. She was very responsive to our questions and went above and beyond in guiding us through the process and educating us about the San Diego housing market. We weren’t expecting the home buying process to go as smoothly as it did. Her wealth of experience and communication skills with all the parties involved made it a wonderful experience. Would recommend her to anyone!

  So many realtors to choose from….then there is Michelle Ozanne. A unique skill set of knowledge, compassion, negotiations and an “I got you” action. What a fireball! Michelle, gets deep into the process-from crawling under my stairs to fetch heavy boxes to sending door dash meals on stressful moving prep days, to staging, to making the deal happen. Look no further. Despite having other numerous clients, and listings happening at once, she demonstrates YOU are the most important client. She’s a fast talker, with wit and humor.   Michelle was great and went above and beyond with her service for our home purchasing needs. She was professional in all aspects and really drove it home when it came to maneuvering through hurdles. She's very well versed in the field. With my experiences in buying houses I'd say she was one of the top notch agents I'd worked with. Will definitely buy from her again.

  Michelle Ozanne is amazing! She was recommended to us in a facebook group, which are usually hit or miss. But she was with us from start to finish through our home buying process! She held our hand (first time home owners here!) through the entire process. She gave us room when we needed to take a break from searching and when we were ready again, got down to business and found us the perfect house. She negotiated the perfect price and organized everything for us: the mortgage broker, the escrow providers, the inspectors - everything. She was also just such a fun person to work with. She understood our wants and needs so quickly! I recommend Michelle so highly!
