  We can’t say enough good things about our experience buying a home with Michelle as our agent. She was very responsive to our questions and went above and beyond in guiding us through the process and educating us about the San Diego housing market. We weren’t expecting the home buying process to go as smoothly as it did. Her wealth of experience and communication skills with all the parties involved made it a wonderful experience. Would recommend her to anyone!

  Michelle was great and went above and beyond with her service for our home purchasing needs. She was professional in all aspects and really drove it home when it came to maneuvering through hurdles. She's very well versed in the field. With my experiences in buying houses I'd say she was one of the top notch agents I'd worked with. Will definitely buy from her again.

  Michelle Ozanne is truly special and a genuine pleasure to work with. We worked with Michelle in 2017 to purchase our first home. She is the dream combination of being fun and personable to work with, and most importantly, she’s exceptional at her job. Her knowledge of North County was such a huge asset throughout our home buying process. She also has a really great network that made the whole process seamless. We would highly recommend Michelle to all our friends and family. We could not have gone through our second home buying experience with her (during COVID) without her! She is so responsive and beyond knowledgeable. Michelle was always available for us and took the time to help us through all of the details.   Michelle Ozanne is amazing! She was recommended to us in a facebook group, which are usually hit or miss. But she was with us from start to finish through our home buying process! She held our hand (first time home owners here!) through the entire process. She gave us room when we needed to take a break from searching and when we were ready again, got down to business and found us the perfect house. She negotiated the perfect price and organized everything for us: the mortgage broker, the escrow providers, the inspectors - everything. She was also just such a fun person to work with. She understood our wants and needs so quickly! I recommend Michelle so highly!
