  I helped my dad tour Azure Point and we both really liked the community. It feels safe, clean, and comfortable. The staff was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions.

  I recently visited Azure Point and had a wonderful experience. The community is clean, welcoming, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I was especially impressed by the sense of community among the residents and the variety of activities available to keep everyone engaged. The location is convenient, and the apartments are well maintained. If you're looking for a senior living community that genuinely cares about its residents and provides a comfortable, welcoming environment, I would definitely recommend taking a tour of Azure Point.

  Only get one star because as you all know. Not possible to give less. I have been here for 2 months in a half. The new "Management" (Yvonne) is a joke, She came on the scene about 3 weeks ago. And placed a "do not disturb sign" on her door. Never introduced herself to any members. The fire alarm has been going on and off for 3 months. Which makes it difficult to sleep here at peace. Always promises of fixing. The parking situation is a joke. So even after multiple times of having someone parking in my spot. I took the initiative to write in chalk "not to park or will get towed". Suddenly the "management " is looking while driving away in her car. Telling/Threatening me I will be in violation. I asked where on the lease does it say that? She said I will find it""!! There are lots of people with dogs who let there dogs urinate and dont clean up after themselves. So the odor is strong. Same with people who have cats you can smell it through the walls. Next, the water while you are taking a shower, it will go to extreme hot. I have had to tell maintenance to lower the temperature several times. So I am 1 of the younger tenants. But if your Mom or Dad lives here. Good luck they don t get severly burned. When you visit they give you one quote, by the time you come back they have increases the new quote. After you have already given notice. There is also a school next door. So if you are on that side of the building you will be hearing young children "squealing" from 8-6'00p.m.? Regina is kind, Jesus is great and Q is nice. As well as Francesca. But " the Management" is cold. One tenant did not have use of her shower for 6 days. And management was indifferent when the concern was brought to her attention. The "delux" studio is a joke. No counter space, an a.c. unit that takes up a whole wall. Because it is low to the floor. I suggested adding some cabinets above. They said 'are you going to pay for it?' I forgot to mention the "questionable" electrical outlets. Doubt things are up to code or were done by a proper electrician. Many tenants have spoken about there shower over flowing and not having access to their apartment for months. Check out San Marcos 55+ at least they have a pool. And there 1 bedroom is at least 750 square feet with washer and dryer in unit. Oh yeah originally was supposed to have free wash/dryers. This site wont allow me to upload the video I have of the fire alarm beeping. The alarm was going from 10: 25 p.m. until 6:05 a.m. I believe there solution is to dislocate the box. Sad how people treat the elderly!! This is abusive behavior. This women has yelled at multiple tenants. I have added what "management" has posted on day one of her taking over this place. Does this appear to be like someone who should be in charge of the elderly and vulnerable? They hid my review because they don"t want anyone to know what is truly happening in this place.

  Hand downs! Jessica and Regina are the power team!!! I was apprehensive looking for a rental place. I dread searching. Until I met and toured with Regina. She guided me with ease. She was gave me the informational sheet. And, Jessica took the time to speak to me about my circumstances. Both were great!

  I had an tour-appointment with Regina. And, she presented the available units-lights were turn and air conditioner was at a good temperature. Regina gave us time to look, visualize, and collaborate the possibilities of the units. After the tour she took the time and write the details of each unit toured. Handing me and my mother an informational sheets. Regina was very professional and accommodating. Go see her!
