  Gino was an amazing Tour guide he’s from the Bay Area like myself.He paid attention to detail and pointed out all the different things that we’re available to me keeping in mind What things I Needed in a unit/home. He had me laughing the entire time being a woman sometimes it’s difficult talking to a male that you don’t know he made me comfortable Throughout the Tour. Thanks again, Gino. Hope to see you soon. this is Jamie by the way my sister’s Gmail was signed in and I couldn’t figure out how to Sign her out lol.

  Michaels from maintenance took his time explaining all the details to me to make sure that I understood for a maintenance issue that I He was very helpful with providing me with tools on what to do moving forward. I really appreciate his efforts!!

  Maintenance is always very nice and courteous. Her came in and fixed the issue in under 5 minutes. Answered all my questions. It's always a great experience

  AC broken for 4 days on move in in middle of summer. Sewer smell the entire time I was there was never resolved. They illegally took my entire security deposit. Their company policy is to bill you for carpet cleaning and painting based on the length of your stay. This is illegal in California. I had to take them to court to get them to give it back. I won. The property manager has no understanding for the law, only for "company policy" Glad I took your money, APM & Laguna Creek California Partners LLC! In response to the owner below: Owner: *breaks law* Me: Hey thats illegal Owner: but our policy! Me: *wins in court* Owner: "We invite you to reach out to our team directly, so we can further discuss any ongoing concerns"
