  Overall, after a bit of a delay, my experience has been great. Working with Alyssa on getting everything done has been a pleasure. Communication was thorough after moving in. The community is clean and quiet. I appreciate the transparency from Alyssa about the delay. She was polite and helpful through everything. Overall, this area along with the leasing director has been great and I don’t regret coming to live here!

  I am writing regarding the unprofessional experience I encountered during my application process. Despite numerous attempts to contact your office via telephone and email, I have not received a response to my inquiries or voicemails. Specifically, I would like to highlight the following issues: - Lack of Communication: Every time I called, I was instructed to call back the following day or told that someone would reach out to me; however, no follow-up ever occurred. - Inaccessibility: I visited the property in person twice, but the office was closed for lunch on both occasions. - Delayed Determination: It took nearly three weeks to receive a determination on my application, which I only discovered two days before my scheduled move-in date. - Contradictory Information: After being told I was denied due to credit, I was promised a follow-up call or email regarding the corporate review process by the end of the day on August 16, 2026, which was never received. - Account and Deposit Issues: My portal access has been canceled—which is how I discovered I did not qualify—and I have yet to receive a formal written determination or the return of my $400.00 deposit.

  The managers have lied to my face multiple times about the deadline to fix my AC, using excuses such as vendors and other things being booked. The first time I went to the office they had promised it’d be done that day. I went multiple times, each time the front office made a new excuse and pushed back the date of which it would be done. This summer is extremely hot. It has been over two weeks over 90 degrees. Opening the window is asking to let bugs in since these screen windows were never cleaned and are broken.

  Brett deserves a 5 star!!!! He came in and switched the stove/oven, which he had to carry by himself with a dolly up the stairs. The man deserves a special new electric dolly and not just a normal dolly to climb up the stairs.

  STAY AWAY FROM HERE! THEY LIE! I do NOT recommend living here! They will lie to you and steal your security deposit! We lived here for two years and took great care of our unit. We left our unit very clean and even the leasing manager Alyssa commented during our preliminary move out inspection that everything looked good and we would not need to pay for their $300 flat rate cleaning fee. She assured us that she did not see anything egregious other than minor paint work to be done. Well fast forward to after our move out date, after getting a 97% score on our move out assessment, they added the $300 cleaning fee anyways. We did not have the opportunity to discuss potential charges so that we can fix the potential issues before move out. We left our unit practically spotless! Other than that, parking is horrible and they do not enforce policy. Units can have a maximum of 3 cars but there are numerous units who have 5+ cars and will take up all of the limited open parking spaces and never moving their cars. Plenty of junk cars that are obviously broken down are also taking up space. This causes the rule abiding residents to have to either park outside the locked gate near the office or even park somewhere completely off the property. Security is basically non-existent. Vagrants constantly enter the property through the broken gates and roam freely as they please. Their locked gates are extremely easy to open from the outside. Numerous cars have been broken into and vandalized. I suspect that there is a serial tire slasher as I've observed my own vehicle and other vehicles with flat tires on multiple occasions. Someone spilled a bucket of paint and their maintenance guy used a pressure washer to wash it down the drain, which caused paint splatter to get on my car. Unless you live on the very top floor, your upstairs neighbors WILL BE LOUD no matter what! The floors are so thin that you can hear your neighbors breathing and making love. If you're upstairs neighbor is heavy footed, you'll never be able to relax. The writing was on the wall when their best employees suddenly disappeared. The place went downhill quickly. You cannot trust their current front office who only has one person working anyways. Live anywhere else but here! You will regret it if you move here!
