1. If I could give these apartments zero stars, I would. The management team has consistently come across as disorganized, indifferent, and unprofessional when it comes to addressing tenant concerns. Upon moving in, I discovered more than ten issues and damages that existed prior to my arrival. It is disappointing that basic maintenance and inspections were not completed before the unit was made available. Considering the amount of rent tenants are expected to pay, it is reasonable to expect an apartment that is properly maintained and move in ready. The lack of attention to these issues reflects a concerning disregard for both tenant satisfaction and basic standards of professionalism. At the very least, management should demonstrate respect for its residents by ensuring units are repaired and in acceptable condition before move in. 2. Another issue is the apparent lack of adequate maintenance staffing. From what residents see, a single maintenance worker is often expected to handle an overwhelming number of tasks throughout the property (RJ) While the maintenance employee works hard, it is unreasonable to place so much responsibility on one person. As a result, repairs and maintenance concerns can take longer to be addressed, which ultimately affects the quality of living for residents. Management should invest in proper staffing and support rather than expecting one individual to carry the workload of an entire maintenance team.

My experience with this apartment community was very disappointing. After moving out, I was charged $4,528 plus additional charges of about $800 and $162, which I felt were excessive and unfair. When I tried to get explanations and discuss the charges, management was not helpful and often came across as rude and disrespectful.
Another major issue was parking. The parking lot was frequently full, making it difficult for residents and visitors to find a space. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Customer service was poor, communication was frustrating, and I did not feel that management treated residents fairly. If you are considering signing a lease here, make sure you carefully review all fees, policies, and move-out charges in writing before committing.
Based on my personal experience, I would not rent here again and would not recommend this property to friends or family.

Don't come here the staff doesn't care others only there resident I got hit almost they block my video it's called free dome of speech it look like u guys have bad reviews breaking people car u don't care about ur resident either the lady almost hit me it was my turn to close she try to apologize for hitting walkers in try to offer me her flowers what u gonna be sorry if I died in hospital my mom will be sad where was I mostly apartment doesn't care about u only for ur rent money
