  Unsafe place. Two Vans windows has been broken and took everything from inside within a week. We regularly notice cars wheels with tires has been stolen. No where to ask for safety of our vehicles and there zero action. They a security guy he drive through once in few weeks on early evening that’s it.

  I went on the website and saw that 3 2 bedroom/ 2 baths were available and filled out an application on July 25th it is now 6 days later and there has zero communication between myself and the staff. I have called and left several messages, filled out the contacts form online to no avail. I go back in the website on July 30th and see that all of the 2 bedroom/ 2 baths have been removed from the available section on the website. I still don't know if I approved or denied! This experience has been absolutely terrible.

  Throughout our application process, we did not have the best initial experience from the staff members that helped us. They were not very accommodating, friendly, or understanding to our situation and the technical issues that came up in our application. While we understand the strict rules regarding affordable housing, it does not mean that we should be treated as a number in a list. We devoted a lot of time into taking the application process seriously that the staff members who helped us did not respect back. It felt as if they would rather move on to the next person even if it is because of an error vs actual qualifications for affordable housing. A technical issue came up during our On-Site screening process in determining current residence that we later learned was due to Agave’s system not having a way for On-Site to submit the approval of current residence. We spoke with On-Site numerous times and even they were confused why Agave was not accommodating the request to open the application to allow submission of new details. This lead to a denial in our application and the staff members did not want to take a second look at the potential error. We emailed, called in, and even took the time to come back in person just for them to say we will not speak to you. This was not professional at all to be treated in this manner to us as we came with patience to explain the issue. EDIT: We were able to discuss this issue further with another manager (Susan) and she was very kind in listening to our story and trying to make it right now. We appreciate her to take the time to help us continue further in the application process.

  Why do these people keep messaging me about an open apartment then when I respond they email back saying it’s been taken already , this happened to me like three times. Hella weird. Playing with people time.
