  Johan helped me buy my first investment property, a duplex in Los Angeles. He was exceptional at negotiating with the seller's agent. The seller wanted to sell as is and not budge on the price. Johan got the seller to lower the price and pay for repairs. Johan was always available, day or night. I have a very busy schedule and he worked around it. This was a stressful transaction because my lender made a mistake. Johan called them and got them to fix everything. Johan has great knowledge of all of the areas he sells in. He explained so much to me about different neighborhoods. It was great working with Johan. He made everything seemless and took great care of me. I recommend him to anyone looking for a property. S.   I am so grateful that I got to have Johan and his team represent and sale my house! They did a beautiful job and all worked very hard making my house look Fabulous! Johan was exactly the type of person I needed to work with. He is very kind and calming which helped alleviate a lot of stress. After living in a house for 26 years, it’s difficult moving as everyone knows he made my life so much easier through that time. I will be forever Thankful!
