- VBVV B8Mar 6, 20262.0The complex has no assigned parking for residents The only alternative is expensive garages for $150/month. Parking essentially works on a first come, first served basis, and the number of cars per household is not controlled some families park 4 cars each, making it extremely difficult to find a spot. The rule prohibiting parking in the same spot for more than 72 hours is not monitored by the office. Parking in front of the buildings is catastrophically limited, causing daily stress and inconvenience for residents. Leaving a car near your home is nearly impossible. I cannot recommend this complex if convenient and reliable parking is important to you.
