  For months now Erik has been making odd comments about my toddler and now he’s telling a group of parents to keep multiple toddlers away from his office because they were being “loud” and he’s doing reports. I don’t even feel comfortable taking my child on a stroll around the complex now knowing that Erik could come out of his office to start an argument with me over my toddler simply existing? He always boasts about how much he LOVES kids but that was obviously a coverup to disguise the fact that he actually despises them. It’s extremely odd behavior from the landlord of a complex home to many kids he needs a serious attitude check.

  The leasing manager Eric was very rude and disrespectful towards us for no reason despite our cordial and warm attitude. After we submitted our application and a reserve for $550 dollars, he took almost 4 weeks to process our application whilst another apartment complex processed ours WITHIN 4 DAYS the following week. He then tells us our security reserve is non refundable as it has “surpassed 52 hours”. Due to his rude and disrespectful demeanor and his incompetence to process our application, we are down $550 dollars. That’s fine though, as I wouldn’t want such an unprofessional and incompetent person as my apartment manager anyways.
