  I want to give a huge shoutout to Aaron Barber for his outstanding service and support. He helped me set up my RentCafe app step by step, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. Even with how busy the office always is, Aaron never makes anyone feel rushed. He takes the time to help every resident, whether it’s going over charges, explaining bills, or making sure we fully understand everything. I also appreciate how he follows up with me on my work orders and checks in to make sure everything was completed properly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents the way Aaron does. He is truly an asset to the community, and his customer service is unmatched!

  I had an amazing experience securing my new apartment, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Aaron. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and organized. His communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had a question or needed clarification, he was right there with clear answers and guidance. Thanks to Aaron’s professionalism and effort, I was able to get approved and move in without any issues. I truly appreciate his dedication and support. If you’re looking to move into this complex, definitely ask for Aaron—he’ll take great care of you!

  I've lived here since 2020. I've seen many landlords and temporary landlords come in and out of this apartments. The one person in the office that has wowed me for the little time he's been here is Aaron Barber. He is very professional, he makes you feel welcomed, he actually cares about what you have to say and he will actually figure out a solution to your problems (if you have a problem with your apartment or other things). Ever since l've dealt with him, he's always making sure to handle my rent with care (always gives me my receipts back from my money orders), if there is things I've needed fixed in my apartment (that the other landlords ignored for the whole time l've lived here) he lets maintenance know and they get the job done within the same day or the next few days. He doesn't have to, but he also checks in after a maintenance request to make sure that whatever needed fixing or whatever the problem was, that it was solved. He honestly is the reason, l've decided to stay here at Terre at Copley longer. Aaron Barber is amazing at what he does, and he deserves the recognition for it. He is the perfect person for the job. I've never had someone in our apartments office that has done their job correctly (plus more), for the residents in these apartments the way Aaron Barber has. If you decide to live here, you will not be disappointed dealing with him, he's the best of the best.

  Great place to call home. Friendly staff and residents. Those early morning birds are almost driving me crazy. Big thanks to the previous owners who made me go all year with no air conditioning. Maybe this new team can help.
