  The white and grey tones are attractive for the new remodel, though I would prefer greater precision—such as ensuring uniform paint across the walls. If brown remains visible, it is minimal; trust me, it looks good, yet a magnifying glass might reveal slight flaws. I love this place if you really don’t care about the little stuff, trust me this place is amazing. The people here do care about u the staff ofc!! Please consider moving here! :)

  The maintenance team here is exceptional! Manny always keeps me informed about the status of any repairs and responds promptly whenever I report an emergency maintenance issue. It's clear that the entire maintenance team genuinely cares about the residents. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything in your home is taken care of and that you're happy with the results. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication are truly appreciated!

  Maintenance Review: My gas stove stopped lighting easily and after assessing it and checking if parts were available the guys decided it was best to simply replace the whole thing. Within the week there was a new one brought in and the old one taken, quick in quick out, super friendly. Thanks guys! 💕 Pictured: new stove 👌🏻

  Living here for 5 years and dealing with the little boy they call codie is the rudest employee here. You will never get your security deposit back so don't even waste your time. Enjoy the freeway sound because it's none stop noise. The windows are so outdated it's pathetic.

  The staff is friendly and welcomes all tenants to apply but after the first year they stop rolling out the red carpet and white glove service. They do not value communication, honor/ offer payment plans. I believe I was offered a payment plan one time and I successfully cleared my balance and after my mom's passing when I fell into financial hardship I was not offered the option of a payment plan. Management actually refused to accept my rent because they said they had already added the next month early and then when I came back again to provide it they said the same thing that they can't accept it because they already added on another rent month they make it easy to apply and then drag you into debt and force you out. If you can apply elsewhere, do so because they do not respond to payment plans or offer any arrangement during hardship. Thanks to parkway club my new home is my deceased mother's car as I work two full-time jobs. Everyone is nice until they no longer care to be. Thank you Kayla and Cody for welcoming myself and child into a false community before becoming part of California's housing problem.
