  I’ve been a tenant for almost 4 years now. This team is very responsive and always has clear communication. Dave, Cody and Stacy have been GREAT. I appreciate all you guys do!

  Disappointed in this whole team. I been here over 5 years and it's very discouraging that they did not grow at all professionally. I would be careful renting from them as they are very amateur company. Maybe rent from them for only three months or 1 month. For example, like traveling nurses. Seems like they would be better at managing sketchy motels prior to real state. It took them years to fix stuff and I been patient as they seem low on funds. Try a condo or something where your management company is not so involved. No one sticks out as the light in the team. Sorry to say but truth. Don't kill the messenger. Avoid. run for the hills, keep your spirit pure and don't get tainted with unnecessary stress.

  I am currently trying to get an apartment with this company and this has been the best experience yet. They are super quick to respond. Very polite and informative. Way different then a few of the others I’ve met here in imperial beach.
