During my time living at Forest Park, I've seen firsthand how positively residents react to you and heard nothing but wonderful things. Whenever I walk into the office, you always greet me with a smile. Your door is always open, and you consistently go above and beyond for the residents.   After coming home today we find someone from the office looking over in our patio 😡 and was informed that he was looking for dog poop due to someone complaining that it was our unit!! We let him know that it was next door and not this unit! A quick phone call could have been done instead of sneaking and looking over in our unit! I don’t feel comfortable in this living situation anymore and may be seeking legal advice due to my health condition and being stressed out! So is this how we have to live now worried that we have office staff sneaking and looking in windows or out patio?

  Can I start off by saying I typically don't do reviews, but in this case I had to, Kristina and Ashley have been the most helpful, understanding, and responsive team we've worked with. They have responded promptly to every maintenance call and repair request, always going above and beyond to ensure that my family and I are happy and comfortable in our apartment. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication have truly made a difference. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their residents the way they do. We sincerely appreciate everything they have done for us and are grateful to have them managing our complex. Thank you, Kristina and Ashley, for all of your hard work!

  I have been here 3 months now and can't say enough about the facility and Staff. THIS IS MY FIRST REAL APARTMENT. (Have owned 5 single family homes, MS, LA, 3 IN TEXAS) NOW 73 and widowed. I especially appreciate how safe I feel here. All entrances and exits are kept locked. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Barbecue pit is meticulously near my apartment. Something I didn't see at the 3 star HILTON. Laundry facilities are clean, washers and dryers well maintained, good lighting, receptacles for trash, folding area and at least 1 pair of large Washer and dryer for heavy loads. All maintenence requests have been attended to within minutes thus far. The place is quiet to the extent I wonder if anyone beside myself is home. Parking seems adequate as there are always empty spaces. I cou.d go on and on. The staff are kind, polite and helpful, Carl, Ashley and the young man's name I am sorry I can't remember are always a pleasure to speak with. Kristina the asst manager has been so patient and kind to me answering all my questions, attending to my concern. I especially appreciated Memorial day celebration and the June teeth food was the best cooked meal outside my own I have had in a long time. Kudos to.Forest Park and a THOUSAND. STARS
