  I had the worst experience living here. I lived here for a year and during that time I was harassed by the landlord who has since left her position. She was racist and prejudice towards me. I experienced multiple floods in my apartment due to no fault of my own yet I was threatened to be charged if they found anything clogging the toilet. (They didnt) and never apologized. During the second flood, they barged into my home to check on the flood 3 DAYS AFTER IT HAPPENED. The other tenants were moved into another rental because they were the landlord’s family. Yet I had to stay in the same place with mold and flooding. All my clothes were ruined. They don’t tell you that every single appliance is broken. Our blinds were broken. They fell off numerous times after being replaced and didn’t turn. The door came off the hinges a week after being there! Mold in the bathrooms, roaches and rats outside. This place charged me for witholding back rent due to these conditions and completely ruined my life and I haven’t been able to rent since. This place was so depressing to live at. Don’t move the plumbing is awful!

  The property management staff is rarely available during posted office hours. They never ever answer the phone. They don’t return phone calls when we leave them a message. The two emails that we have been given are bogus, and all our messages come back. There is simply NO customer support. It is infuriating. I highly recommend you look at other housing options.

  I have been here for over 10 years and I love this place! Its location, privacy, and surrounding environment is wonderful. However. I am very displeased with the current office manager, Wallid. He never responds to voicemails. I don’t know if he ever listens to them. I have made in office face-to-face requests about one issue and each time he says he’ll get back to me. Each time he never does. He is not friendly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him smile. I had a request for Maintenance that he never passed on. As far as the Maintenance, they are great! When they DO receive a work order, they respond in a timely manner. Also, I, as with other residents, have received late notice texts from AI “Lily” stating our rent is late when we have paid it on time if not early. This has happened several times. We have to go into the office and learn that It takes a while to process our payment. I think they should process our payment before scaring us with a late notice text. Otherwise, I love it here. I’m just praying for an new Office staff manager.
