  We’ve been living at Cottonwood Apartments for quite some time now, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize some of the amazing staff members who have consistently made our experience a positive one. A special thank you to Alexis Spiller (Property Manager) and Asha Armour (Assistant Manager) for always being approachable, supportive, and genuinely willing to listen. They have consistently treated our concerns with respect and have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. I’d also like to thank Daniel and Enrique from the maintenance team. They are always quick to respond, thorough in their work, and never fail to greet residents with a smile. Their professionalism and dedication to resolving maintenance requests efficiently are truly appreciated. A community is only as good as the people who run it, and these individuals certainly make a positive difference. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to the residents!

  Had a really good experience with the maintenance tech Enrique Priego,he was friendly, showed up quickly and was professional and made the whole thing simple and stress-free.

  I have been searching for a place that actually has a staff present in the leasing office. When iIwalked in for a tour at Cotton Wood, I was greeted by a friendly staff. Alani, the new leasing consultant was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I had a great tour and overall good experience. I wish more properties were available to tour like this. I look forward to my stay here at Cotton Wood.
