  I'm not a spring chicken and l I must say Bella is the nicest apartment complex I have ever rented in. It really is like living in a resort. They are pre-active rather than post-active and when I needed their help regarding some things in my apartment, they truly wanted to respond no matter what the problem was and get to the bottom of the problem and resolve it. That's a rarity in service I can't describe in my 65+ years and it really means a lot to me..

  I lived here for about two years. It is overpriced, and many residents complain about it. The day I moved in, a construction crew was still working in my apartment. Management didn't tell them when I was moving in, so nothing was set up for me. I had a water leak the day I moved in. They never cleaned my apartment professionally before I moved in; it was disgusting. I reported mold, and they found a separate water leak, but they never fixed the original mold problem I reported. So I had recurring mold issues for two years! They blamed the coastal location for the issues. The residents are not diverse, and if you are, they will make their racism known to you and pretend they aren't racist. It is terrible to live here. They had a great person managing the landscape, and then they fired him to bring in a vendor that took over the landscaping of several of HG Fenton's properties. They were supposed to come in once a week, and it seems they have to come in every day. The landscaping has been a mess for months with the new landscaping company. The manager, Isaac, is unprofessional, and they don't do their paperwork appropriately. I regret living here.

  Bella Del Mar has been such a great experience so far. I moved in a few months ago, and have had 5 star service from both Cody and Isaac. I highly recommend Bella if you are looking for something west of the 5 near the beach but still upgraded with a/c etc!
