  I have lived here for two years now and love the area and management. I was recently debating moving as my family is growing and was looking into other options. Jessica gave me multiple suggestions and even explained what bigger units they have available if I wanted to stay here. I ultimately decided to stay because of how great management and maintenance is and Jessica made it such a quick and easy process to renew. I’ve lived in 4 other apartment complex’s in Davis and this is my favorite by far !

  I've only lived at the Grove for 6 months, but by far one of the best complexes in Davis. I've lived at multiple complexes in Davis. Let me say, Jessica (the landlord) is awesome. One of the best I've ever dealt with. She's very kind, and understanding. Some landlords I've dealt with are jerks! Not Jessica, shes great. Second, the maintenance guy is incredible he actually takes great care of the complex throughout. From the dumpsters, grill area, to laundry. It's always clean and well kept. I also like that on this side of town there aren't many homeless people walking throughout the complex. The complex feels like home, quiet and cozy. I would definitely recommend. No complaints here. ❤️

  I lived there for a couple years, and I loved it, but I don’t really trust the management because they always would try to make you regret being there. Once you want to move out, they become aggressive and unhelpful. Don’t trust them, and don’t take their word, because they will never be honest. Their initial statements contradicted what my replacement tenants were later told. I did sublease my apartment for others, and the manager said the renewal lease raise would be something like 4-5%, but when the new tenants tried to get it done, they were told to renew for more than 10% of the last rate. This drastic difference was never explained, adding to the frustration and feeling of being misled. Update: Feb 19th, 2024 The management are trying to hide my review in google maps but that won’t happen and would prove what I did write about them earlier.
