  I loved it here! The staff is kind, and the complex is very clean. If you have any issues, maintenance is on it. There are about 3-4 bus stop options, a pool, and a spacious park across the street. You're very close to downtown, the public library, and campus as well. The freight train is pretty loud and can shake the walls, but I swear it's something you get used to! Overall, I'm really gonna miss this place. It's a great community :)

  I lived at Parkside a few years ago, and although it was a horrible experience, I chose to let live and let go ! I’ve unfortunately had to interact with the same incompetent leasing manager and staff as I’ve had to in the past, and it seems absolutely nothing has changed. The communication style of the leasing staff is incredibly lacking both between staff members and when interacting with patrons/tenants. No one in the office is proactive and your time will be wasted unless you are diligently checking in on an issue; left to their own devices, I doubt anything would get done. My advice to every and anyone considering leasing here: get everything signed and in writing. If they tell you the sky is blue, get it in writing. If they say they’ll check something for you, get it in writing. Odds are they won’t do it or they won’t do it correctly and you’ll be left trying to figure it out. Moreover, I’ve had my fair share of packages stolen here and it seems like an issue everyone has just accepted (which is insane imo). Glad I’m out, heed my warning.

  Parkside is a clean, safe and beautiful place to live! The staff are also very kind and accommodating.

  I've lived at Parkside for almost ten years and have had an overall positive experience. Management and maintenance have been really good with communication and going above and beyond when we express our needs. Location is so great and it's a lovely community. I've had plenty of experience with rentals in college towns and Parkside is defiantly at the top!

  My experience at Parkside Apartments was more than words can describe. These past few months, life threw several curve balls at me causing me to have a lot of financial struggles. Through this time, Jennifer and Alyssa worked through it with me and delt with my endless amounts of emails and phone calls, considering I am the BIGGEST worry wart and am definitely an over communicator. They have always been extremely kind, honest, and most importantly, always kept it professional. Emails were responded to fast and calls were ALWAYS answered or returned back. I highly recommend Parkside Apartments, you will not regret it! Not only is it the beutiful cozy complex’s, or it being in the BEST location in Davis, it’s the community that comes with it, Neighbors, office staff, maintenance and security! Shoutout to Jennifer and Alyssa, you guys are the best!
