Very attentive & caring maintenance team as I am grateful for their help as I had air conditioning help as well as several tasks and they were able to get them all completed so quickly.

The absolute WORST apartment management in all of Davis. Take pictures of EVERYTHING when you move out because they WILL attempt to scam you out of hundreds, even thousands of dollars. This has happened to me and multiple other tenants. Expect unexplained charges! On top of that they never fixed anything all year and the package stealing is out of control. Please live somewhere else.
