  I never rented here, but I tried to and wanted to secure a unit. On the website, it listed that the rent would be $1,395 for the unit I wanted, but when I got the lease agreement, they increased the rent by over $80. I called them to ask about the discrepancy, and they gave me two emails to email them at, both of which were out of service. I kept on calling them again after that and they told me a manager would be calling me, but they never did. They asked for my number maybe three separate times so they could call and text, but they never did. I have been having this issue for over two weeks and I feel I was scammed out of my deposit and my application fee for rent that was never agreed upon. This isn’t an honest practice in the slightest, and anyone who’s interested in renting here needs to be incredibly careful with dealing with this dishonest and unreliable company.

  The maintenance supervisor here has addressed all of my needs in the apartment promptly. Elmer is polite, educated and efficient. I can tell he has a lot of experience in his field of work and I appreciate him so much! The staff at the office are also very professional and helpful. Sarah handles all concerns in a timely manner and is always pleasant and respectful. Over all wonderful team here, I really enjoy my cozy apartment also. The kitchen is beautiful and having a bathtub slaps. I highly recommend this place for living, you won't be disappointed with the customer service and a pool that is always clean!

  worst apartment ever... I heard the old man snoring every night, since the wall is so thin ! I even doubt that there is any insulation within the walls. I can't study or do anything with the slow wifi ... maintenance team has late response.

  Not the place you want to live!! The leasing office lied about various things, including how often the train behind the complex runs and the duration of construction. Prior to moving in they told me construction would last around 3 months on my building, but it lasted the entire time I lived there. They don't care about the people living here and ignore any concerns you have. The utilities are divided by the entire complex so even if you use less water they charge you a high amount. I moved out almost 5 months ago and STILL haven't received my security deposit
