  Bought and sold a home in 2021 in Danville, CA. We both bought and sold a home with Tonya, and connecting with her through Zillow turned out to be one of the best strokes of luck for us. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, which is absolutely essential in today’s fast-moving market. Even if she missed a call, we could always count on a text or return call within minutes. Throughout the process, Tonya was honest, supportive, and never pressured us into making decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Her deep knowledge of the market, along with her strong relationships with other local brokers, gave us valuable insight during negotiations and transactions. After bidding on around 10 homes, we finally found the perfect one at a great value, and we truly credit Tonya for helping make that happen. We were so pleased with the experience that we immediately chose her again to sell our home in Pleasanton. We would highly recommend Tonya to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

As first-time homebuyers entering one of the most competitive real estate markets in recent history, we truly could not have asked for a better agent than Tonya. The market was incredibly challenging, especially in areas like Danville and San Ramon, and we were navigating the home-buying process for the very first time. It could have easily been overwhelming, but Tonya’s expertise, persistence, and encouragement made all the difference. Whenever we felt discouraged after losing out on offers, Tonya kept us motivated and focused. Anytime we had questions — no matter how basic — she was patient, informative, and always willing to guide us through the process. When it came time to evaluate homes and make offers, her advice was invaluable, helping us understand what it would take to stay competitive in such a fast-moving market. Our search involved touring more than 20 homes, often squeezing multiple showings into a single day due to our work schedules. Tonya was incredibly accommodating, quickly arranging appointments and making time for us without ever making us feel like a burden, even on our busiest touring days.
