  We were referred to Sean by our realtor, Nicole Jung, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about him! Our home purchase situation was atypical as we were looking to buy a home before selling our current home. Sean went out of his way to find us the best financing options for our situation. As private lending is new to us, Sean held our hand and walked us through the entire process, answering our questions promptly, clearly and honestly.   Sean is the only person you should trust your mortgage with. Amazing communicator, concise process layouts and honest throughout the entire process from start to finish. My wife and I are eternally grateful for his help, you don’t run into many people as prepared as him—don’t waste your time with anyone else!

  He may work for Cross Country but he doesn't run... he flies. We closed in 10 days. He will be my first and only recommendation to someone who wants their financing to close like cash.

  Sean is an absolute life saver! Greatest loan officer ever. I was shopping around for loans and when I met Sean I knew I wanted to go with him and his team. They are so quick and responsive in time that is so hectic and he was so patient with all the millions of questions I was asking him oh and to top it all off his rates were the best around! I won’t be using any other mortgage company and any other Loan Officer. I would 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family. If I ever have to buy another home I’m going through Sean and his team!
