  Working with Sandra has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Sandra was our daughter and son-in-law’s realtor when they bought their first home 4 years ago. They were so happy and impressed with Sandra that my husband and I wanted her to represent us with our rental property. We reached out to Sandra and she told us that she doesn’t usually handle rentals, but she wanted to help us. Sandra was always incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and organized. From marketing our home and screening applicants to helping us select wonderful tenants and ensuring every detail was handled properly, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We always felt confident knowing she had our best interest at heart. One of the things that stood out most was how often Sandra would say “I’m here to help”, and she truly meant it. Her willingness to help wasn’t just something she said, it was reflected in everything she did. She consistently went above and beyond, and we truly appreciated the time and effort she invested in helping us.   If you're looking for an agent who is communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and has the patience of a saint, look no further than Sandra. My husband and I have been looking for a home over the last year, so it took a while to find the right one. The way we met Sandra was at an open house she was hosting and she offered us very good advice prior to us becoming her clients. You could tell she was honest and eager to help a buyer both find and get the right house for them. It has been a journey to learn about the competitive East Bay market, how to evaluate the condition of a home, and how to determine the right price when writing an offer. All of this was possible through Sandra's constant attention and guidance, friendly openness, and willingness to ride out all the highs and lows of home-buying with us. She is incredibly professional and always made sure we felt comfortable when considering a property. It never felt like we were a transaction to finish or a conversation that needed to be handled quickly so she could get to the next client. She is so hard-working, and her guidance was invaluable through this entire process. I don't hope to grow out of our new home anytime soon but if we do, then we already know who to call. Sandra is the absolute best of the best.

  Kept us up to date and explained every step of the process. Sandra was an excellent agent - personable and knowledgeable. She recommended, but never pushed. She gave us the information we needed to make a decision and then let us make it, without pressure. We were initially opposed to staging the unit, but Sandra persuaded us that it made a positive impact on marketing. The unit was staged and we got 2 offers within the first several days! (One of those offers was the final buyer!) Sandra was a pleasure to work with. She’s very knowledgeable and not afraid to admit what she doesn’t know. Then she finds out! Our sale took a bit more time and effort to get to a conclusion, but Sandra never wavered. She was there with us every step of the way, even though ours was not a sale that would bring her a big commission. We recommend Sandra without reservation. We would use her again in a heartbeat!

  Repeat͏ customer and even happier than the first time! We͏ worked with Sandra once before to purchase our condo, and when the time came to upgrade we knew exactly who to call! We knew that there were going to be a lot of steps to coordinate both the sale of our condo and the search for then purchase of our home, and Sandra immediately laid out an easy-to-follow plan for everything. Her knowledge of the market was crucial as she advised us how quickly we needed to prepare our condo to make sure we took advantage of the current market climate. Then, when looking for our current home, no matter what city/area we were considering, Sandra had advice and tips for all of them.
