  Jessica is unlike any realtor we have ever worked with and I've purchased and sold 2 homes prior to my experience with her. She quickly set up a collaborative search for us and took into account everything we asked for (even though that changed often throughout our search process). She is an incredible listener and that, combined with her instincts, made for the smoothest experience we could ever hope for. Any time we had a question she was lightning fast with not just a response, but an answer. In addition, she often anticipated our questions before we even asked them. We felt like the center of her attention at all times as she made herself available to us day and night. Besides her technical skills and knowledge, she was a dream of a personality to work with. She brought humor and encouragement into the experience whenever she sensed tension from our end. All this while maintaining the utmost professionalism and concisely laying out our options and explaining every detail in a way that we could understand. We gave her a lot to contend with as my fiancé and I didn't always agree on timelines or what we even wanted. To our delight, she found and proposed something we weren't necessarily looking for or thought we could obtain, which was an investment property. She laid out the benefits and showed us just how special of an opportunity this was and once we realized it, we jumped on board with no hesitations. Once we submitted our offer, she was absolutely incredible with managing our expectations and emotions while we waited to hear back...a long wait....but one in which she skillfully stayed on top of the situation in order to finally get to deliver us great news!! We are so lucky that she believed in us to understand the value of the property she found and now we can't believe that we are in such a unique position. We owe it all to Jessica and are proud that we get to call her a friend in addition to our realtor. ...did I mention that she also connected us with a wonderful lender? She made an otherwise stressful experience incredibly easy for us every step of the way. She's a one stop shop and anyone would be lucky to work with her!!

  I could not have asked for a better home buying experience. Jessica made it happen with her attention to detail, proactive communication, great attitude and follow through. She is super friendly, brings great perspective, and provides good suggestions. Jessica really enjoys helping people find their home. She’s an excellent choice if you need a realtor.
