  Really enjoyed the painting session given by Stephanie much better than I thought I would. Everyone had a great time and we're looking forward to the next activity that STEPHANIE sets up for us.....keep it coming Steph....ur doing a fantastic job here!!!!

  WONDERFUL!!! This place is beautiful! The staff is very warm and friendly. I love living here. All the residents are also very welcoming. I'm so happy to be here!

  I have lived at Meadow Wood Apartments in Danville for 13 years. As the first occupant to live in this apartments, Sophe has been my manager the longest. She is very dedicated and professional in all my interactions with her. I could always count on getting the help I needed. She has an open and energetic manner about her. She is great at our parties!! Getting everyone participate. As a person who has worked in property management, I can say without hesitation that Sophe is amazing in the way she handles everything in such a graceful way. I also want to mention Ed our facilities person. Ed is pleasant and responds quickly to my repair requests. He goes over and above to get the job done. And I also want to mention Sonia, a very good employee as the best I have seen in keeping the place look good. This team is outstanding and know they are an asset to Shapell Properties.

  I have lived here for several years and the team here is what truly makes it feel like home. Sophie the manager and Stephanie the Residence Services Coordinator always are professional and approachable and go out of their way to ensure the community is well run. The maintenance team is just as impressive. Ed handles maintenance with speed and expertise and Sonia keeps the grounds looking immaculate every day It is rare to find a staff this dedicated. I would highly recommend living here.

  I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled at this time as I am more than happy to be a resident at Meadow Wood. The facility is top notch with everything I need both at the complex as well as in the neighborhood. Because I've lived here for 13 years with many other alternative options available, I can't think of a better place for me and anyone looking for a peaceful space with plenty of activities, if you're so inclined both Meadow Wood and tenant arranged. But let me talk about the staff! Management has always be a strong point as they are attentive to whatever I might need, though I don't need much. Sophie, the Property Manager is a joy! Always upbeat, positive and personable. You never feel like "just another resident". She makes it a priority to learn about each one of us and get to know you and make you feel like this is "our" place to live. She is timely with communication and is happy to work with you through any circumstance that might come up. I can go on and on about how much I appreciate her! I also need to give a shout-out to Stephanie, who I believe is the Assistant Property Manager, who maintains the same demeanor as Sophie. Again, one never feels unknown or like a number to them. Just an outstanding leadership team here. This same spirit and attitude permeates throughout the entire staff. The Maintenance Team of Ed and Sonya are always on the spot when it comes to fixing and /or resolving any issues, of which I believe I've had 2 minor ones since moving in so long ago as the appliances and fixtures are high quality. Both of them are so friendly, always with a happy greeting when you encounter them and when you do have an issue, you can be confident that it's resolved quickly. If it is a situation that may take longer than they'd like, they are always in touch to keep me updated on the progress so you never feel forgotten. Needless to say, I'm a very happy resident and will be here for many more years! Thanks Meadow Wood Team!
