  Beautiful property, well maintained, and such a welcoming atmosphere! I walked into the leasing office and was immediately greeted by Ruben and Joey. They are both incredibly kind, caring, professional, and eager to assist with any questions I have about leasing or the property. Joey even went out on the spot to take a look at something I noticed when walking from my unit to the office. Cant speak highly enough about my elevated experience at Marea!

  I cannot say enough good things about the team at Marea! My washing machine unfortunately started ruining my clothes, which is always a stressful situation. I reached out to Juan, the property manager, and he handled it flawlessly. He didn't just try to patch up an old machine—he immediately went out of his way to buy and approve a brand-new washing machine for my unit. The installation was just as impressive. Fernando handled the work and he was incredibly swift, professional, and left everything spotless. The turnaround time was unbelievable—so fast and so responsive! Honestly, the maintenance crew makes Marea what it is. I have never experienced this level of attention, care, and speed with maintenance requests anywhere else I’ve ever lived. Huge thanks to Juan, Fernando, and the rest of the guys! You all are the best!

  Im a current resident and made a new email to leave this review so I dont paint a target on my back before I put notice in. The property is nice and the floorplans arnt bad. Where this place absolutely fails is their parking. Almost every spot is a reserved parking. God forbid you have 2 cars or a guest coming. You get one assigned spot but the other person your living with or you is definitely going to have to walk some stairs and a couple blocks to park your car. Its so bad that people are parking on the fire hazard red curbs at night just avoid walking the unnecessary distance. And dont bother asking for an extra spot its going to cost you and that's if the rare occasion pops up even remotely close to your unit. Oh and during the day their vendors take up all the unreserved parking so you cant even try to move your car closer. Also be prepared to have maintenance police around the property all day. They park at the back end of the property and just look busy to watch what is going on around. I never see any of them with tools or anything except for maybe 2 guys the skinny hispanic guy and the older one. They are always busy. The others. Not so much. Then there's the turf they have laid out all through out the property instead of real grass that reeks like dog pee. They only occasionally spray it with water and nothing else so the smell just lingers and never really goes away. Its real awesome in the summer

  False Advertising on Price!!! Significant price increase once showing interest - price increase by >$300 !!! Would not honor price listed on the website.

  Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marea guest house. Had an amazing time. The apartment was very clean, well kept and very spacious. In room coffee choices as well. We opted to stay here instead of at disney hotel for our trip. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the cabanas featured a beatiful firepit. There was more than one pool to choose from and both areas were very clean and tidy. There was even a food truck parked out front on our last evening we took advantage of the great food. We definitely will stay again for our upcoming trip this summer, we can't wait!!
