  Do not hesitate to reach out to Briant if you’re looking for a new home! I was having a hard time finding a broker who was responsive and easy to communicate with, and a friend recommended Briant. I’m so glad she did. He has been wonderful to work with from the very beginning. He’s friendly, responsive, and has great communication. He even coordinated with a colleague to view a home for me while he was out of town, which I really appreciated. He has gone out of his way to make the entire process as easy as possible. Whether you’re looking to rent or buy, I would absolutely recommend Briant!

  As a lender, you never know what you’re going to walk into working with a clients real estate agent. Thankfully, working with Briant was a breeze! He puts his clients needs above his own, he knows how to appropriately navigate the intricacies of the buyer/seller/listing agent dynamics, and he handled business.
