  Pros: relatively cheap rent Cons: - didn't feel safe. caught 2 guys looking into a first floor apartment window at night, someone peeing, and someone throwing up. check out megan's law - water temperature is always too hot or too cold, and could change in the middle of a shower to start burning or freezing - maintenance closed requests without a response - management is rude and a mess. they gave me the wrong parking space when I moved in, and took a few days before I figured out where I should park on my own. management insisted that I could tow the other car... - if you text them, you will get an AI response - management sends too many emails. I really don't need "happy Monday" emails
