  This review is for Gabby from the leasing office. I had scheduled a tour via the website. Gabby called me the day before to confirm the tour and let me know that there were no available units, which I appreciated. When I arrived at the leasing office, I was immediately greeted and helped right away. Gabby walked me through all of the policies and fees, answered my questions, and gave me paper copies of the floor plans that I was interested in. Next she gave me a tour of the grounds and shared spaces including the gym and pool area. I saw several residents walking their dogs, so it seems like a very pet-friendly community. I thought everything was very clean and well maintained. The shared laundry machines looked new and the prices were very reasonable (much cheaper than my current apartment's and local laundromat). Luckily, she was able to show me a unit that was under contract but hadn't been moved into yet, which was nicely updated. After the tour, Gabby sent me a followup email with all the info we had discussed plus a video tour of the unit. Gabby was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I would love to apply here if a unit becomes available in the future. Thanks, Gabby!

  Maintenance personnel Joe did a great job following through with the issues brought to his attention promptly. Joe was also respectful of my living space and had no problems giving a debrief on the work done and updating me accordingly on future work that will be done in my apartment home. Appreciate this!!

  I lived here the last 4 years and the maintenance personnel did a fantastic job ensuring everything was in working order. Big shout out to Joe who has been great at keeping this place in tip top shape

  We’ve been here for 2 years now and love it. It has great amenities for being close to the city. And any maintenance issue is always resolved ASAP without fuss or making me feel like an inconvenience - Joe comes out almost every time to where my dog loves him lol

  I initially inquired about this apartment because the advertised rent appeared affordable. Unfortunately, after learning more about the additional fees and experiencing the leasing process firsthand, I was extremely disappointed. First, the parking situation is unreasonable. Charging $250 per month for parking is excessive, and on top of that, residents are expected to pay an additional annual fee for a parking permit without any guarantee of having a parking space available every day. Paying for parking without guaranteed access simply does not make sense and adds significant hidden costs to what appears to be an affordable apartment. My experience with the leasing office was equally frustrating. I scheduled an apartment tour earlier in the week and received multiple text reminders confirming my appointment for June 6 at 2:00 PM. However, when we arrived at the leasing office, we were informed that there was no apartment available to show us. When I pointed out that I had just received a text reminder confirming the appointment, the staff member blamed the issue on having no internet connection that day and stated that their phone system operates through the internet. This explanation did not seem reasonable given the multiple confirmations that had been sent. Instead of providing the tour we had scheduled, we were simply offered pricing information for one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. While we agreed to review the pricing, that conversation revealed just how many additional fees are attached to living here. The overall experience left me with the impression that attracting applicants is a higher priority than providing transparency and value to prospective residents. Between the excessive parking costs, questionable parking policies, and the mishandled tour appointment, this community is not a place I would recommend to friends or family.
