- LELoren ElliottJul 15, 20261.0PMI SF Peninsula was the host of an Air BnB property I rented for a large group of friends to celebrate a birthday. Just a handful of days before our trip, the owner and CEO Vienna messaged to say the property wasn’t fit for guests and could no longer accommodate us. She then tried to disingenuously convince me that I needed to request a cancellation from VRBO. This was a thinly veiled attempt to avoid the host penalties for cancelling on guests with short notice. Horrible experience — this company is run by a woman operating in bad faith, willing to try and mislead and manipulate customers for her own benefit. Stay away at all costs.

The house itself was sparkling clean and the cleaners were super friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything felt stress free, and I would definitely recommend this place!
