  Pmi SF Peninsula is currently managing 2 houses for me. I did airbnb before and we made decision to have a professional team to manage our house 1 year ago. This is a very good decision we made. After paying the management fee, my net income is still 10-15% higher than what I did before. I completely hands free from the management and can go travel as often as I want. One thing is worthy to mention, they have great insurance program to cover damage. Recommended!

  THE WORST EVER - Do not use them if you own a place to rent and do not rent if they are managing. We stayed at an Airbnb and the carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3 am (we arrived at 1 am) ... all we did was turn on the heat. I made sure everyone was ok, opened windows, etc .. I called the host who then proceeded to tell me this is ok, it happens and that I can just disconnect it?!?! Airbnb moved us out of the next morning BUT this host did not even respond to me or Airbnb about refunding the first night of hell ($430 because they charged they entire cleaning and service fee too). I contact them via their website and still nothing. FYI - tampering with a carbon monoxide device in the state of California is against the law. Trust me when I say that you do not want to stay at their place or have them managing a place you own.

  Poor management company …. Total disaster dealing with them. OWNERS BE AWARE and stay away !!!!
