  PMI has been incredible to work with . I sent them an email inquiring about their services and they came out and took over the management of our rental that same day. Their portal is easy to use and lets me see exactly what it happening. I wish I would have had the take over the management of our property years ago.

  Very great property management to rent from! Rented with them for about 2 years. They made everything so smooth from first inquiry of the rental, scheduling viewing, application process, any maintenance issues or questions, and final move out. Everyone we spoke to was always so friendly and helpful! Would rent from them again.

  I've had a great experience working with Rich at PMI Patron Property Management. He's always been easy to get a hold of, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Anytime I've had a question, he's taken the time to explain everything and make sure I understood what was going on. What I appreciate most is that I don't feel like I'm being treated like just another client. Rich genuinely cares about doing a good job and looking out for my property. It's nice knowing I have someone I can trust handling everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rich and PMI Patron Property Management to anyone looking for a property manager who knows what he's doing and actually cares about his clients.
