  Great apartment complex. Very clean grounds, professional and friendly staff, friendly neighbors, great amenities, and easy parking.

  The buildings are older, and the rent feels high for the condition of the property. I experienced frequent issues with bugs, wasps, and flies, and occasionally saw rats and raccoons around the complex. The walls are thin, so you could hear your neighbor snoring. I also had utility issues that affected the lights and power. Landscaping crews regularly start work in the mornings, which can be noisy.

  This is my second lease and I have always enjoyed Glenbrook. Great environments. Not perfect but mostly quite good and well managed. They respond to maintenance issues quite quickly and prioritize very well. Jose and his team are the ones who address maintenance issues and they are responsive. Thanks !

  Wonderful apartment community. Great neighbors, alert management with responsive maintenance staff. Tons of space to walk around, dedicated well-maintained fitness centers, and overall nicely kept property with beautiful, resort-like landscaping .Would definitely recommend!
