  Beautiful Grounds, Ruined by Deafening Noise and Toxic-Smelling Fumes The grounds are beautiful and spacious, but rats, squirrels, and opossums constantly dig up our garden and eat our vegetables. Even worse, almost every day, leaf blowers produce ear-splitting noise and fill the air with overpowering, nauseating exhaust fumes. The noise is absolutely unbearable, and the stench is so strong that simply enjoying a little sunshine on our patio becomes impossible. Ironically, even our zero-emission electric vehicle received a warning for parking with its rear facing the grass, while these deafening, exhaust-spewing machines are used almost daily. They’re not just blowing away leaves. They’re blowing away our peace, our fresh air, and our enjoyment of living here.

  I have lived here for 2 years and only have amazing things to say! Facilities are beautifully maintained year round and it’s so calming to walk around with beautiful blooming flowers, greenery and streams; there are tons of amenities including swimming pools, tennis, and volleyball courts. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. But the best part is definitely the staff. They are extremely responsive, friendly and helpful - HUGE shoutout to David and Dawn! They go above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met, and even found my husband’s wedding band when he had lost it by the pool! It’s on the more expensive side of apartments around the area, but absolutely worth every penny for the quality of service and amenities. Highly recommend living here if it’s within your budget!

  Glenbrooks apartment is a great community. It is most beautiful one for sure in the area. They have heated pools, gyms, tennis court and mini golf course. The community is just walking distance from Memorial park where Cupertino city helds events year around.

  Walking through Glenbrook Apartments every day feels like coming home to a hidden sanctuary. For years, the stunning, lush green courtyards and resort-like grounds have been my favorite part of living here—it honestly feels like an endless vacation. Beyond the scenery, it’s the heartbeat of this place that makes it unforgettable: a maintenance team that genuinely cares, incredible amenities, and a staff whose warmth turns neighbors into family. Everything accessible Whole Foods,Target, voyager coffee, Starbucks nearby wow what else you want!
