  I had a great experience touring The Meadows with Michael Vargas. He took the time to show me a couple of different units, was thoughtful throughout the tour, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Michael was very knowledgeable about the units, amenities, and the community overall without ever making the experience feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated his time and helpfulness. Thank you, Michael!

  I’ve had a really positive experience with Michael at The Meadows. He’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help with something, he’s been quick to respond and has always made an effort to make things as easy and straightforward as possible. What really stands out is his customer service and willingness to help. He’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure residents are taken care of. He does a great job communicating and following up, which makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with anything related to your home. Overall, Michael has been one of the best property managers I’ve dealt with.

  I’ve lived at the meadows for ten years. Recently I’ve been looking for a larger space because I have a young child. That said, it’s been hard to find a place that’s comparable to the Meadows in a location so centrally located. Quick access to main roads and highways, but still feels tucked away once you’re inside the complex. The pools, gym, and saunas are all well maintained and in great condition (which is important to me). The units themselves are nice. Some issues on occasion, but the maintenance team is responsive and friendly. They recently replaced my refrigerator without an hassle, which I appreciated greatly! After searching across the city for a larger place, I’ve decided to stay at the Meadows and move into a bigger apartment.

  DO NOT MOVE THERE. There are a lot of issues . Management is constantly changing and never around. The only way to get anything is to complain and even then they ignore you . They do not fix any issues ever ... it's overpriced for the old units and there are soooo many things to put up with , . Dog poop everywhere, kids running wild, vandalism ,packages stolen ,cars being broken into . Cockroaches - so much .. Maintenance takes forever to fix things if at all. it is a shit show .Do yourself a favor and keep looking . it is obvious that the reviews are being altered because I cant event imagine how it would be a 3.8... trust me anywhere else but there .

  Your first year will be great. All the staff will care about you and make sure you’re getting your needs met. However, after that they forget you exist and maintenance will ignore your requests. My current maintenance request is going on a month for a simple fix. They also break California law requiring you to always be able to access your apartment. If the office is closed and you can’t find your keys, you’re locked out of your place until they are open again even overnight. They will not repair your broken door lock for almost a year (7 months!) breaking California law in that way too and also making it very unsafe for DV survivors. The amenities are nice, though often either under repair or used by nasty neighbors who demand to take up the whole area. And expect at least half of your packages to go missing and the leasing office to do nothing about it. Neighbors will keep you up all night too with noise and interrupt your work with what might sound close to construction levels of sound due to incredibly thin walls. Nothing done about that either. Would encourage you to stay away from this place and find somewhere else to be.
