- JWJeffery WangJun 4, 20261.0My apartment had a serious pest issue, including bugs/fleas in the carpet and bathroom, and I ended up with bites and irritation after staying there. The worst part was the response from management ; instead of treating it like a health and habitability issue, they acted like it was my problem to solve. For the rent being charged, basic pest control and a safe living environment should not be something residents have to fight for.

Just bizarre apathy & sociapathic behavior. I'm a landlord for 20 years in Canada and I'd never heard of any of my peers doing this. I considered small claims, but decided the $1800 in tow/storage fees were not worth the hassle. Wish I had though, just on principle. Stay away from these guys, they don't care about you or the law.

Have no idea why denied, probably b/c the apt was only $2099 and they didnt want to release, see attached letter, BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
