  I have lived at olive tree apartments for about 2 years now and have complained repeatedly to the office about the squeaking driveway gate into the parking lot, but they refuse to permanently fix the issue. Every 3-4 months I have to call the office constantly, nagging them to fix the gate for at least 1-2 weeks and then they will do a temporary fix. The sound wakes me up every morning and makes it difficult to sleep because it sounds like nails scratching against a chalk board. I do not recommend this apartment unless they make changes.

  i smell marijuana every day!! i have an 8 year old daughter and have asked many many times at the office if something can be done but nothing ever happens. they dont honor theyr own rules. just waiting for the lease to be done and i will happilly move out off here!
